SOUS VIDE  CARROTS

Wash and peel carrots

Pre-Preparation

Fill container with water and set sous vide to 183°F

Step 1

After washing and peeling, chop carrots into equal sizes

Step 2

Place carrots and all your ingredients in your sous vide bag

Step 3

Vacuum seal your bag to remove all the air and to seal your bag tightly.

Step 4

Place your sealed bag in the sous vide bath and cook for 1 hour.

Step 5

After 1 hour, empty contents of your sous vide bag onto a hot skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Enjoy! Best served right away alongside steak or other meats.
