SOUS VIDE  CHICKEN THIGHS, PERFECT FOR  MEAL PREP

Chicken thighs are always pretty good and very versatile. What if you told you you could make them great really easily. And they'd stay great for weeks in your fridge??

Enter sous vide chicken thighs.

Ingredients

Step 1

Set your sous vide to 165°F. 

Bag all the ingredients.

Step 2

Submerge the bag devoid of air and cook for  2 hours.

Step 3

Once the cooking time is complete, remove the bag from the water bath.  Then, carefully remove the chicken thighs from the bags and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until they develop a golden-brown crust, about 1-2 minutes per side.  If your chicken thighs have skin, sear the chicken skin side down first.

Let chicken rest for a few minutes and serve!
