Top sous vide 

SOUS VIDE  CORN ON THE COB

Nothing says summer like sweet corn — and sous vide allows you to cook corn on the cob perfectly and infuse it with buttery goodness!

Ingredients

4 ears corn on the cob 2 TBSP butter (or olive oil) 2 tsp salt

Step 1

Set your sous vide to 185°F. 

Bag the corn, butter, and salt, then vacuum seal the bag.

Step 2

Place the sealed bag in the sous vide bath and cook for 35 mins.

Step 3

Remove corn from the bag and either finish with added salt, or…

Put some char on it from a grill or searing torch and then finish with added salt.
