SOUS VIDE  CHICKEN BREAST, ALWAYS TENDER AND JUICY

Chicken breast fan? Even if you're not, we'll make you one with this recipe. When chicken breast is cooked properly, it deserves to be a staple in your kitchen.

Ingredients

SOUS VIDE  CHICKEN BREAST

FRESH HERBS

SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER

OLIVE OIL

Step 1

Set your sous vide to 160°F. 

Bag all the ingredients.

Step 2

Submerge the bag devoid of air and cook for  90 minutes if boneless,  3 hours if bone-in.

Step 3

Once the cooking time is complete, remove the bags from the water bath. Then, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the bags and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until they develop a golden-brown crust, about 1-2 minutes per side.  If your chicken breast has skin intact, sear the chicken skin side down first.

Let chicken rest for a few minutes and serve!
