Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites Bacon Gruyere
A copycat recipe for Starbuck's Sous Vide Egg Bites Bacon Gruyere
- 4 Eggs
- 3.5 Tbsp Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- 3-4 Slices Bacon Chopped
Fill your container with water and set the sous vide cooker to 76°C / 170°F
In the meantime, create the egg mixture. Blend all of the ingredients except the bacon together.
Spray the mason jars with cooking spray.
Add the diced up bacon into each jar.
When the Sous Vide Cooker is at the right temperature of 76°C (170°F), insert the mason jars in the Sous Vide Container and cook for one hour.
When they’re ready, take the jars out of the water bath, and let the egg bites rest until they’ve cooled down.
